In this episode of the podcast we explore how the traditional office environment is bringing harm to you. The office chair is the devil because we sit way too much. It’s not healthy to do that. We need to move around, change positions, definitely not sit all day long in front of a computer.

When I started this podcast and my web site I had some back pain because I was sitting too much. This motivated me to explore alternatives to the traditional desk and chair. I will try a standing desk and possibly a treadmill desk and let you know what happens. Stay tuned for the results!
